WE SHIP BASED ON THE PRICE-SPEED RATIO. Sometimes that means USPS. Sometimes it means UPS or another carrier.
DOMESTIC FLAT-RATE SHIPPING. Purchase a little or a lot, within the Continental United States*, shipping is fixed at $6.00 per order.
*Canadians pay $15.00 flat-rate shipping up to 4 pounds. After 4 pounds, the package must ship International Priority Mail and price is determined by weight and destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. Choose $12.00 or $17.00 as the International Shipping method. If shipping exceeds this amount, we will let you know via a follow-up e-mail requesting the difference. Instead of overstating shipping costs, we chose NOT TO PROFIT from shipping. Therefore, sometimes, international shipping requires a follow up but it's rare.
ARMY POST OFFICE (APO). Yes, we ship to APO addresses.
KNOW YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS. For example, Austria prohibits DHEA from crossing its borders. Taiwan prohibits extracts of tea. If your order is returned to us because of noncompliance with your country's laws, we will refund your money less shipping expenses. We will not refund money if tamper-resistant packaging is disrupted.

RETURNS
If we make the mistake, we will accept returns for refund, exchange or store credit.
We have a 7 day return policy. You must pay return shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee for items that are not damaged and seal intact. If items are returned damaged or seals broken, we cannot refund those items as they are now unsaleable. Our prices are low and we offer a price-beat guarantee. To do this, we cannot be bogged down with abuses. Other companies have unrestricted returns because their overpricing pays for all the abuses. If you're unsure of a product, don't purchase twenty of them. Please consider this when purchasing.
