INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. Orders originating outside of the Continental United States are handled differently. Customer places the order and awaits a follow up e-mail detailing total shipping costs without insurance. Customer must approve before we finalize the order. Upon request, insurance is also available.

For example: 3 bottles of a standard-sized capsule vitamin will cost approximately $14.00 to ship anywhere in the world...without insurance. The same will cost approximately $30.00 with insurance. You may choose to forego the insurance to save money—however, you do so at your own risk. Since most of our international customers choose to ship without insurance, shipping without insurance is the default. If the customer wants insurance, the customer must specifically ask for insurance. If a package is "risky," glass, etc., we will suggest insurance. Packages weighing over 4 pounds do not qualify for International First-Class Mail and become International Priority Mail which comes with automatic insurance up to 100.00.

International orders that weigh four pounds or less will ship just as quickly as domestic orders. However, any shipment weighing more than 4 pounds requires the USPS "long form" where we cannot use our automated service. Therefore, international shipments in excess of four pounds may be subject to a two or three day delay before shipping.

ARMY POST OFFICE (APO). Yes, we ship to APO addresses. However, USPS now requires us to fill out the "long form" when shipping to APO addresses. The "long form" prohibits us from using our automated service; therefore, APO shipments are treated like international shipments and may be subject to a two or three day delay before shipping.

KNOW YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS. For example, Austria prohibits DHEA from crossing its borders. Taiwan prohibits extracts of tea. If your order is returned to us because of noncompliance with your country's laws, we will refund your money less expenses. We will not refund money if tamper-resistant packaging is disrupted.
