One serving provides 20mg of resveratrol, the equivalent to about 24 – 25 glasses of red wine, depending on the wine variety.

Directions: Shake well. Add 1 full dropper to a glass of water at any temperature. Add 2 droppers to a 12-oz bottle of water for on-the-go enjoyment! Drink 2-3 times daily or as often as desired.
